White-mage warriors are the greatest of warriors, they can summon the powers of the earth, air, and water. Their art form is also known to stay secret. An oath was told through all not to teach anyone else. Only one person stood out of the rest. Even though only men were to join, only one had the strength and will to join. Her name is Mingi.
Standing in a court yard, full of white-mage monks. She is now receiving her honors from the monks for passing the test of knowing who was the best of all their warriors. Who knew that a woman would become the greatest of all white-mage warriors.
She wore a cape around her slender body, with short brown hair and untrusting eyes, she kneels to her grand master. "Rise Minig Kirachi." Mingi rose to her master's wishes. Her master then pulls out a sword with a silver hilt with a jem at the bass of the hild and the blade was ruby red and see through. "You've earned this sword, Mingi. This is the sword that is passed on to every great warrior. In your old age I hope to see you pass it on again." The master bowed handing the sword to Mingi.
Mingi returned her masters bow and headed to the entrance of the temple. Her master followed behind. "I'm going to leave this tample now, grand master." Mingi bowed to her master. "I'm going to go on a journey in search for a destany." Mingi leaned the sword on her shoulder.
Master bows allowing her to go and the gates of the temple open. She steps out into the land and stares up at the sun. She covers her head with the cloaks hood and starts to walk away.
Many miles away from her temple, she has already reached deep into a forest. Out of nowhere a young girl jumps from a tree before Mingi. The girl didn't seem to see Mingi and jumped back in shock when she finally saw Mingi. "You won't leave me alone will you!" The girl yelled.
The girl then took a fighting stance, waiting for Mingi to fight her. Mingi doesn't move, the girl throws a kick, Mingi blocks it, the girl backs up and falls. Mingi wore large amlets on her hands. Also a top that showed off her stomache and pants with strips on the sides and large boots that go up to her knees.
"Who are you?" The girl asked in fear. Suddenly a figure with a cloak wrapped around him appeared with monters that stood behind him. The girl gasped and tried to run away, but fell grabbing her ankle. Mingi then layed her hand on the girls shoulder, that's when the girl finally got to look at her eyes ans saw that Mingi was not of evil. "Help," was all the girl said breathless.
That's when Mingi pulled her sword out and the man yelled telling his monsters to attack. Mingi pointed her sword towards the monsters. The branches of the trees grabbed the monsters engulfing them, leaving only the man. "A white-mage warrior." The man said with satisfaction. "Consider yourself lucky, Jun." He covered himself in his cloak and disappeared. "For now..." His voice echoed through the forest.
Jun, the girl, tried to get up and fell again. Mingi let out her hand to help Jun up. Mingi let Jun lean up against her. "Thank you." Jun told Mingi. "I'm sorry for attacking you."
"Can you not talk?" Mingi finally asked. "Save your energy to walk."
"It's alright, you only have to carry me for about 20 yards and I can heal myself." They walked for about 20 yards and Jun pointed for Mingi to turn left. "This way." Turning left and going through some leafed branches they came upon a stream.
Mingi set Jun down by the stream and Jun set her foot into the stream water. Jun started moving her mouth as if she were silently talking to the water. The water started to glow around her sprained ankle. The glow then faded and she removed her foot from the stream water and wiggled it around. "There we go." She stood up and bowed to the water.
"What are you?" Mingi asked eyeing Jun.
"I have special powers. Powers I've had since I was a child, the power to talk to mother nature." Jun replied looking around the forest.
Mingi then removed her cloak and handed it to Jun. "Put this on, your clothes are all torn up."
"Thank you." Jun bowed and wrapped the cloak around herself.
"Don't you have a family?" Mingi asked sitting by the stream using the water to cool her face off.
"No, I don't. I'm an orphan." Jun replied starring down at the ground. "My parents are dead. They were murdered when I was a little girl."
"I'm sorry." Mingi said laying back on the grass, resting the back of her head on her hands. "Who was that man?"
"That was Lotus." Jun said. "The only reason he's after me is because I'm the only easy target that knows the true location of the Kingdom of Lynns."
"Why is he after the kingdom?" Mingi asked.
"I don't know. I wouldn't tell him anyways. I listen to my earth. She tells me not to tell him." Jun said.
"You believe in the Kitana the goddess of Earth?" Mingi asked facing Jun.
"Well of course, she keeps the grass green and the sky blue." Jun smiled pointed to the grass and sky.
Mingi stood up and handed Jun a couple of gold peices. "Take it and buy yourself some new clothes."
Jun accepted the gold, Mingi turned to leave. "Wait!" Jun said stopping Mingi. "Let me come with you. I won't be too much trouble... I promise." Jun bowed.
"All right." Mingi sighed. "You may come, but remember, I give the orders."
"Right." Jun gave a quick bow and followed behind Mingi.
Lotus's dark hair bounced as he quickly walked down the halls of a dark castle into a large dark room. Several large windows were asorted in the room letting bright light shine into the room. The walls where made of dark marble and there was a large chair in the middle of the room that looked like a huge wave. Dark curtains hung around the chair, beside the chair was a table with fresh fruit in a bowl. Servants also stood around in the dark and gloomy room standing under candles with their hands chained to the walls. On their bodys lay wax from the large candles above them.
Lotus kneeled just outside the curtains that surrounded the chair to a woman in a black dress that split on either side and a neck collar, and long sleeves and her shoulders could be seen. Half of her dark green hair was tied up in a bun and the other half was loose. "Have you caught the girl yet?" the woman asked.
"No EmLynn. She was saved by a white-mage warrior." Lotus said keeping his head low.
EmLynn made a discusted face and quickly walked up to Lotus and back slapped him. "You are a disgrace for a brother." She said in anger. "You're power is much greater than a mear white-mage!" She yelled louder.
"But sister, she is a lot stronger than any other white-mage I have ever incountered." He said facing EmLynn.
EmLynn took a step back and gave Lotus an intrigued look. "She?"
"Yes, the white-mage was a she." Lotus lowered his head again.
EmLynn then turned her back to him. "Women can't become white-mages, but this one knew the skills of a white-mage." She turned and faced her brother. "What does she look like?" Is she pretty?" EmLynn asked excited slidding closer to her brother meeting his gaze.
"I'm sorry EmLynn. I couldn't see her face." He said bringing his face closer to EmLynns. "She is a beautiful one. I can tell by the shape of her body." He whispered sinisterly.
EmLynn then let out an evil giggle and layed flat on her back and spreading her arms out. "Look at my slaves. Their once beautiful bodys shall be forever engraved in the wax. Aren't they just beautiful?"
Lotus then kissed EmLynn's forehead. "I'll get the white-mage for you, then your collection may be complete."
EmLynn then stood up and reached into a box and pulled out a fresh candle, walked over to the empty spot and put the candle in the candle holder. "How much luckier can we get? We found someone with the location of the Kingdom of Lynns and a pretty-pretty to complete my collection." A huge smile slowly spread across her face and let out and evil laughter that echoed through the whole castle.
